How to Reject via Email
Is it OK to simply disappear if you want to stop a cyber relationship? Not a good idea as it shows a lack of respect towards the other person. Imagine finding out you have been dumped… You begin calling, emailing this person. Chances are you will get the wrong idea and will be devastated by this method of breaking up. How can you do it in a mature way? It takes some effort but the best idea is to keep things simple.
1. Stay brief and to the point. Don’t explain too much if you don’t want to involve the other person into discussion.
2. Stay respectful and gentle. Remember, that you are still masculine and still have respect for a woman. Don’t blame her.
3. Don’t use “Let’s be friends” phrase as far as you don’t mention it. If you were meant to be friends, you wouldn’t be dumping the person via email, would you?
4. Avoid standard rejection like ‘I’m not ready to date’ or ‘I’m just too busy with other things’. If you really meant to have no time to date, so why your online profile is still up…
