e-RussianWoman.com is the dating service for single people to meet each other online: single men searching for Russian women and Russian single women looking for a relationship or marriage.

 

As a Member,
1) You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of the Service. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

2) You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. The administration reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.

3) You agree to receive occasional service announcements via email from eRussianWoman. These announcements will be used to provide online dating information in the form of a newsletter.

The profiles are approved by the Service admin from the initial creation to all changes made before they are seen on eRussianWoman.

 

Please note, anything obscene or offensive as deemed by us may not be posted at anytime. It includes content that is offensive to the online community, such as sexually oriented content, content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person.

 

Contacts through eRussianWoman
e-RussianWoman.com allows you to seek members you are interested in contacting by your own criteria. If the wish is mutual, you and the other members are able to contact via email, postal correspondence, and telephone conversations. The Service admin  does not interfere with this process.

 

Publicity
You agree that e-RussianWoman.com may use your name, your online profile and photos in presentations, marketing materials, customer lists, and newsletters.  

If you wish to use e-RussianWoman.com's service marks, logos, and other distinctive brand features, you may do so, so long as such use is in compliance with this agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranty
e-RussianWoman.com provides service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, expressed, implied, statutory, in any communication with e-RussianWoman.com or its representatives, or otherwise with respect to the service. e-RussianWoman.com specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. e-RussianWoman.com does not warrant that your use of the Service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the service will be corrected. e-RussianWoman.com disclaims liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, connectivity and availability.

 

Limitation of Liability
1) In no event e-RussianWoman.com will be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use e-RussianWoman.com, even if the Service admin or its agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or to any person other than you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, e-RussianWoman.com's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to e-RussianWoman.com for the service during the term of membership.

2) e-RussianWoman.com does not screen the members using the services offered by e-RussianWoman.com in any way. As a result e-RussianWoman.com will not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of the use of this service, including, without limitation, to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other members of this service, or introduced to you via this service. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.

 

3) e-RussianWoman.com asks all prospective participants if they are single. But we do not verify this information. Therefore, the Service administration is not liable for the integrity of statements made by members as to their identity, marital status and general background. It is incumbent and advised upon the user to verify any and all information relating to but not limited to this subject. It is advised to check references of any member.
